Sasami is Princess Ayekas little sister. She is a great cook, who prepares meals and does chores around the house. She thinks Tenchi is quite cute, and there is even a Tenchi Muyo spin-off called Pretty Sammy, in which Tenchi and Sasami are in love with each other and live together. Enough of that though...there was an episode of Tenchi Muyo that came to my attention the other day. Sasami isn't Ayeka's true sister! The real Sasami was killed when she was a child, but a tree took her form and fooled Sasami's family into thinking that Sasami was ok. It was startling! I forgot how the real Sasami died, but the fake Sasami's name is Tsunami, and can join with the dead Sasami's mind and share her memories.
