- Pilaf Series

Dragonball starts off as Goku, a young boy meeting Bulma. Bulma hits Goku with her car surprising Goku and his fish aren't injured at all. Bulma then explains to Goku what dragonballs are, Goku tells Bulma he has a dragonball it also has a four star on it. Goku refuses to give up the dragonball so he decides to join Bulma for the dragonballs. During there journies Goku and Bulma make tons of friends including, Oolong, Yamcha, Kamesama, Chi-Chi and the Ox King. Later in the series Goku and friends battle Pilaf during this battle Goku turns Oozaru form and destroys Pilaf's castle.

- Red Ribbon Series

During this series Goku goes under training with Kamesama. Later on, Krillin joins Goku in training. Kamesama teaches Goku and Krillin the dreaded Kamehameha. Later Goku gets trained again by Karin, but this time his training was used to defeat Dr. Gero.

- Piccolo Series

The series starts off as Goku enters the Tenkaichi-budokai. During this tourament, Goku meets Tien and Choazu. The final match is between Goku and Tien, Goku loses in this battle. After the battle, Krillin is killed, Goku starts looking for the killer. Meantime Piccolo is causing terror around the world. In a battle with Piccolo, Tien is about to die, when suddenely Goku arrives and defeats Piccolo. Before Piccolo dies he gives birth. Knowing that Piccolo gave birth to Kamesama who trains Goku. At the next tourament Goku battles Piccolo and defeats him, sparing his life at the end. At the end of the series Goku marries Chi-Chi.

- Raditz Episodes

He came from Vegeta...

His name... is Raditz.

He came to Earth to see if Kakarot (aka Goku) had destroyed all life on Earth as per his mission directives. But... when Raditz arrived he discovered that Kakarot had not fulfilled his mission.

Then we meet Goku...

You might remember Goku from Dragon Ball as a small little boy...

Now he is all grown up!

Goku has a wife (Chichi) and son (Gohan) and lives out in the woods. Today is his reunion with the old Dragon Ball gang at Master Roshi's House. He takes his son along and scares Bulma, Krillin, and Master Roshi (the Dragon Ball gang) half to death. They talk and have fun for a while until they are rudely interrupted...

It seems that Raditz has found Goku and for the first time Goku learns that he is a Saiyan and that Raditz is his BROTHER! Also that he is one of 4 surviving Saiyan's!!! Raditz tries to get Goku to join him and when Goku refuses to he beats up Goku and takes Gohan. The only way he will get Gohan back is if he kills 100 humans.

Goku would never do that!!!... But he also knows that he is much weaker then Raditz... what will he do???

Then Piccolo comes and offers to aid Goku in defeating Raditz. They agree and fly off to face Raditz.

Raditz returns to his space pod and throws Gohan in and closes it. As he is walking away his scouter (a eye piece that allows his to sense power levels) goes off telling him that Gohan has a power level of 710!!!!! Amazingly high for a child. He dismisses it and thinks his scouter is broken.

Soon he is proven wrong as Goku's and Piccolo's power makes the scouter turn on!!! That means that Gohan's power level is indeed 710!!!!

Goku and Piccolo land and take off the weighted clothing they wear which raises their power levels.

The battle begins...

Goku and Piccolo attack Raditz with everything they have but find even their best efforts to be in vain... Then during an attack Raditz blasts Piccolo's left arm off!!!

Down but not out Piccolo informs Goku about a new attack he has been working on... THE SPECIAL BEAM CANNON!!! The only problem is that it takes him 3 minutes to gather the energy needed to fire it! So Goku must hold off Raditz for 3 minutes!!!

Piccolo starts charging up and Goku lunges at Raditz and gets beaten up and flung into the air. He recovers and powers up a Kamahameha (his best energy attack) and his power level doubles!!! Raditz is scared of this ability and runs... Goku fires... and barley misses!!!

But Goku has done it he bought Piccolo enough time to power up the special beam cannon!!! Piccolo aims and fires!!!

IT MISSES!!!!

But Goku being smart grabs Raditz's tail when he isn't looking!!! Grabbing a Saiyan's tail causes extreme pain!!! Piccolo tells Goku to hold Raditz in order for him to blast him with the special beam cannon.

During the time that Piccolo is gathering the energy Raditz talks to Goku and convinces him to let him go...

Big mistake!!!

Raditz then pulverizes Goku and is about to kill him when Gohan seeing his father being beaten becomes so angry that he brakes free of Raditz's pod!!! He is so angry that he begins to power up without even knowing it!!! He reaches a power level of 1300!!! Even stronger then Raditz's power level!!!

Gohan yells and lunges at Raditz breaking through his armor and knocking him down!!! But Raditz gets up after a bit and bats Gohan around. He is about to kill Gohan when Goku jumps behind him and holds him!!!

Piccolo charges up his special beam cannon one last time and fires!!!!

The beam goes straight through Raditz and Goku!!! Goku and Raditz die but before Raditz dies he talks with Piccolo and discovers about the Dragon Balls!!!

His scouter also works as a communicator so his other Saiyan friends hear about the Dragon Balls!!!

They will reach Earth in 1 year...

- Saiyan Series

Raditz has been defeated...

Goku has died...

And Piccolo has taken Gohan as his pupil...

We join with Goku in the next dimension. He seems pretty lost when he and Kami come to King Yamma (he is the clerk who decides who goes where in the next dimension.) Kami talks to King Yamma and convinces him to let Goku try to reach King Kai's planet at the end of Snake Way!

So Goku get's taken to the beginning of snake way and is told not to fall off snake way cause if he does he can not return!!! Also Goku is told that Snake Way is over 10,000 miles long!!!! He certainly has his work cut out for him so he begins his long journey! Meanwhile...

Gohan is taken by Piccolo to the badlands of Earth. Piccolo is going to prepare him for the Saiyan's arrival. Piccolo becomes angry with Gohan's crying and throws him at a large cliff but to his surprise Gohan powers up and blows the cliff away in front of an astonished Piccolo.

To make sure Gohan is ready for training Piccolo leaves him in the woods for 5 months to survive on his own.

Meanwhile we finally see Yamcha again! He is now playing pro baseball. During his game a fight breaks out and Yamcha jumps for joy! During the fight Krillin comes to him and fills him in on the situation. They are to report to Kami's Lookout Tower for special training.

Now we return to Goku who is still running on snake way and getting pretty tired. A road cleaner passes along and gives Goku a ride. He accepts it and falls asleep.

But during his ride he gets bumped around and falls of SNAKE WAY!!!!! He is now in the LAND OF INFINITE LOSERS!!!! Well he tries to get out but he can't so he challenges an ogre to a race and beats him. He also eats a piece of King Yamma's fruit which doubles his power!!! The only problem is that now he is back at King Yamma's Building!!!!

That means that he has to start running all over again!!!!!! We return to Yamcha and Krillin who are on Kami's Lookout tower with Tein and Chauzu. They enter a room that warps them to the past where they fight Saiyan's from the past and get knocked around really bad. They continue their training with renewed energy. We now return to Gohan who is now stuck on a giant hill and can't get down. During the night he wakes up and looks at the full moon... He begins to change...

Gohan now takes the form of a giant ape and begins to destroy the countryside. Piccolo see's this and destroys the moon returning Gohan to his normal state. Piccolo leaves him again to train himself.

We return to Goku who now is half way done Snake Way! Now he comes up to a house and gets sucked in!!! He is now in Princess Snake's house. He is greeted and fed lots of good food and goes into a bath. He is about to leave when they stop him. They put sleepy grass into a drink and soon Goku falls asleep.

Princess snake has fallen in love with Goku and wants him but soon learns about Gohan and Chi-chi! She becomes angry and decides to eat Goku!! But before she can he wakes up and escapes the house but the house isn't a house... it's a GIANT SNAKE!!!! Goku runs from the snake and eventually ties it up. He continues on his way.

Gohan is now receiving training from Piccolo and is getting really strong! Then one night something happens! The moon is back and Gohan transforms half way into an ape and has amazing power! But Piccolo is able to trap him but Gohan looks up at the moon fully and turns fully ape!!! Now Piccolo is running and trying to figure out how the moon is back up... Then he realizes that Goku's old space capsule is still functional and is projecting the full moon!!! Piccolo destroys the moon and Gohan is returned once more into a boy.

Now Goku has finally reached King Kai's planet but the gravity is so large on his planet that Goku can hardly walk. To train under King Kai Goku must catch Bubbles his pet monkey who is used to the gravity on the planet.

Goku eventually masters the gravity and catches Bubbles! Next he must hit Gregory a grasshopper with amazing speed with a massive mallet. It takes Goku a while but eventually he hits Gregory and begins his training!!! Krillin, Yamcha, Tein, and Chauzu have completed their training and are now going off on their own to train more.

Gohan has also completed his training with Piccolo and are now awaiting the Saiyan's arrival!

Goku too has also finished his training and is wished back by Master Roshi! But it turns out that King Kai has made an error!!! Goku has to run back Snake Way but it will only take him two days to do so but the Saiyan's will arrive in one day!!!! That means Goku will be a day late!!!!!!!!!!! He begins running as fast as he can!!!

The Saiyan's finally reach Earth and now go to fight the warriors from Earth. The battle begins and the Saiyan's hatch Saibamen!! These green aliens prove tough adversaries but the Earth Special Forces have them handled but one does a Kamikaze on Yamcha and he is killed! Krillin enraged by his friends destruction launches a massive energy ball that splits off into 6 different beams and kills all the Saibamen and attacks the Saiyan's!

Thinking they had won the Earth Special Forces celebrate but it is shattered by the laugh of Napa the massive Saiyan!! Now the real fight begins! Goku is still heading down snake way and is half way done!

Napa begins to power up and unleashes massive attacks!!! He also chops Tein's arm off!!! He then is about to kill Tein when Chauzu latches onto him and does a Kamikaze on the burly Saiyan!!! But it turns out to be useless as Napa emerges from the smoke unscathed!!! Tein becomes enraged and rushes Napa and viciously attacks him but cannot land a single blow! Soon he is defeated. Krillin and Piccolo create a plan and when Napa is about to finish off Tein they get the jump on him and knock him down!!!

Gohan is supposed to fire at Napa but freezes and see's Yamcha's death and Tein losing his arm in battle and freaks out and runs! Now Napa is mad and attacks Krillin and Piccolo and beats them up pretty bad. But Tein gets mad and powers up and launches a massive blast at Napa which uses up all his energy. Napa's armor is now broken and he is beaten up a little bit but Tein is much worse... having used up all his energy he falls to the ground and dies.

Now Gohan, Piccolo, and Krillin are the only ones left to fight. But the Saiyan's hear them talking about Goku and want to see him fight so the fighting stops for 3 hours. Goku is almost done Snake Way now.

After the 3 hours the Saiyan's attack and Napa is about to kill Gohan when Piccolo jumps in front of him and takes the energy ball!!! He and Gohan say good bye and he dies. Gohan is enraged and screams out and powers up to triple his normal power and blasts at Napa but he survives.

Finally Goku arrives and powers up and beats Napa soundly Vegeta the other Saiyan is now going to fight Goku but Napa becomes bored and attacks Krillin and Gohan but Goku uses the Kaoi-Ken attack that King Kai taught him which gives a giant boost to his body and power! He disposes of Napa and tells Vegeta to get him help. But instead of helping Napa Vegeta throws him into the air and destroys him.

Now Goku and Vegeta begin to fight and they are very evenly matched until Goku does a Kaio-Ken attack times 3 and he begins to beat up Vegeta but then Vegeta becomes enraged and plans to blow the whole planet up with his gallic gun!!! Goku powers up a Kamahameha and they two Saiyan's lock up in a massive battle. They are evenly matched till Goku does a Kaio-Ken attack times 4 and blows Vegeta away!!!

But Goku hasn't won yet!!! Vegeta get's off his beam and comes down and creates a power ball that simulates moon light!!! Now he turns into a Giant Ape and pummels Goku. Soon Goku has run out of energy and is beaten but Gohan and Krillin return and battle Vegeta but it's Yadjarobie who cuts off Vegeta's tail which turns him back to normal!!!

Now Gohan and Vegeta begin fighting and Gohan is matching Vegeta stride for stride!!! Goku has an idea! He gathered a bunch of energy earlier and gives it to Krillin to make a Spirit Bomb!!! Krillin makes it and throws it at Vegeta but it misses!!! But Gohan is able to rebound it to Vegeta and Blasts him away!!!

Gohan, Goku, and Krillin think they finally have won but Vegeta falls back to Earth and gets up again!!! Now he plans to kill them all but Gohan changes into and Ape and squishes Vegeta!!! Vegeta is escaping when Krillin grabs a sword and puts it to his throat. But before he can deal the final blow Goku tells him not to so he doesn't. Finally their friends arrive and the battle is finally over!!!

At least for now...

- Freeza Saga

Dragon ball Z returned for another season after the fight against Vegeta. This series, twice as long as the Vegeta Series, caused the popularity of Dragon ball Z to skyrocket.

Years ago, Freeza killed Vegeta, the Saiyan king, and conquered the Saiyan Planet. Then, he used the primitive Saiyan inhabitants as mercenaries to conquer other planets. Vegeta's son, named after his father, also worked for Freeza despite the fact that he was the Saiyan Prince. A legendary hero rose. His name was Bardock, and his story is told in the Lonely Final Battle. The tragic fate of the Planet Vegeta and the Saiyan were at hand, and only few Saiyan were left now. After the Vegeta Series, only two pure Saiyan breeds were left. One was the Saiyan Prince, Vegeta. The other was Bardock's son, Goku...

After the death of Raditz, Vegeta learns from the message from Raditz's scouter that Dragonballs existed. Later, he figured out that Namek Dragonballs also existed. After getting beaten by Goku, Vegeta retreats to Freeza's planet to recover. Now, he carries on the new goal of gathering the dragonballs for himself to be granted the wish of immortality. He also plans to kill Freeza. Freeza is also in search of the Namek Dragonballs to become immortal and begins to terrorize Namek for the dragonballs. Meanwhile, Bulma learns about the Namek Dragonballs PoPo, Kami's assistant. With the hope to gather the Dragonballs to wish their friends killed in the Vegeta Series back to life, Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma venture off to Namek on the spaceship that Kami rode on to travel to Earth years ago. Great battles on Piccolo's home planet are to take place...

Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma learn that Vegeta is also on Vegeta and also learn about Freeza. Goku is informed of this and recovers from the battle against Vegeta by eating a senzu bean from Yarijobe. Using Nappa's space pod after it was enhanced by Dr. Briefs, Bulma's father, Goku travels to Namek. At the same time, the deceased Yamcha, Tein, Chauzu, and Piccolo are training with King Kai. Meanwhile, Vegeta begins his fight against Freeza. With strategic actions, Vegeta kills Dodoria and Zarbon, Freeza's right and left hand men, and steals the captured dragon balls from Freeza. However, Vegeta learned from Dodoria that the Saiyan planet was not destroyed by a meteor as stated, but by Freeza. Ambitions to kill Freeza are strengthened. Freeza learns of Vegeta's betrayal and calls forth the Ginyu Squad. Team Ginyu, consisting of five members who constantly pose in funny dances, have a reputation as being powerful warriors of destruction.

Goku finally lands on Namek. The Z warriors now have a new enemy, one who must be defeated for the safety of the entire galaxy. Everyone plans to defeat Freeza, but Freeza is too strong. Realizing that he himself cannot defeat Freeza, Vegeta joins the Z warriors, but boasts that it is only to insure that Goku survives the battle so that he could kill him personally. (However, Vegeta ends up marrying Bulma, and Bulma gets pregnant a son that would become known as Trunks.) Team Ginyu is killed by the combined forces of Goku and Vegeta (except for Ginyu, who accidentally turned into a frog when he tried to swap bodies with Vegeta and Goku threw a frog in his path). Then, follows the fights against Freeza himself. To everyone's surprise, Freeza has the ability to transform into a few stages. With each physical transformation, Freeza's power increases. Krillin is killed in battle and Goku becomes enraged in an anger so deep that he too undergoes a transformational power up. Goku's hair becomes golden and spikes up, and he reaches Super Saiyan level for the first time. The tides of battle now turn to Goku. With a single energy blast, Freeza and his planet are blown. Freeza learns the true powers behind a Super Saiyan.

The Z warriors are back on Earth. The dead Z warriors are granted back to life. Everyone thinks that Goku was killed in battle, but Goku really escaped to planet Yardrat, where he learned how to teleport. Cold, Freeza's father, learns about Freeza's defeat and quickly gathers Freeza's body parts, which are floating around in space. His henchmen quickly re-ensemble Freeza. (This is why Freeza was half robotic.) Freeza tells his father about Goku and his powers, but his father doesn't believe him. Cold continues to boast that he is the universe's strongest warrior and best space conqueror, and can never be defeated.

The villains land on Earth to seek revenge for Freeza's defeat. The Earth becomes endangered once again. All of a sudden, a figure appears out of nowhere. It is adult Trunks, but no one knows who he is or where he came from. He turns into his Super Saiyan level and aids the Z Warriors in their battle. Trunks single-handed kills Freeza and Cold with the aid of his sword. Trunks introduces himself as Bulma and Vegeta's son. He grew up and traveled back in time to prevent his chaotic future. Trunks tells about deadly androids. He carries heart attack medicine for Goku. Trunks also tells that Goku is not dead, but will appear in front of them in a matter of minutes. Everyone doubts whether or not to believe this stranger. In a few minutes, Goku really teleports back to Earth in front of everyone and meets Trunks.
